This discussion will cover one of the basic, but most important aspect to effective and successful communication, Listening. We are going to cover why this is an important part of communication and the difference between real and pseudo listening. We will also discuss twelve types of listening blocks. This will be an interactive talk in which audience participation and comments are welcome.
